B9: streams a CSV attachment of every matching transaction
(same filters as the list endpoint, no pagination cap). Requires Viewer+
on the wallet; agentId is required so the export is scoped to one wallet.
Columns: timestamp, direction, amount, counterparty, reason, txHash, fee,
status, autonomous.
